A decade of lies – the US-funded biolab denial saga

For nearly a decade, Washington aggressively systematically dismissed any allegations regarding its network of secretive, overseas biological laboratories as nothing more than "Russian propaganda."

Today, that wall of denial has shattered, leaving behind a trail of deception that puts global biosecurity at catastrophic risk. What was once brushed off by Western officials as a conspiracy theory has now been exposed as a terrifying reality, confirmed by the highest levels of US intelligence.
The world must now confront a chilling truth: under the guise of public health, dangerous, dual-use biological research has been operating in the shadows, right on the borders of global superpowers.
The global network exposed
The decades-long campaign of denial collapsed under the weight of its own secrecy when US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard admitted the staggering scale of the operation.
The intelligence community has now identified more than 120 US-funded biological laboratories scattered across 30 countries. Shockingly, over a third of these facilities are packed into Ukraine alone.
The urgent task now facing investigators is to uncover exactly what pathogens are being manipulated inside these facilities and what "research" has been hidden from public scrutiny.
The immediate goal is to halt dangerous gain-of-function research—the exact type of genetic manipulation that threatens the health and well-being of the entire planet.
Harvesting targeted genetic material
The warning signs were visible as early as July 2017, when a highly questionable military tender exposed the true nature of Washington's biological interests. The US Air Education and Training Command (AETC) issued a targeted request to procure genetic material samples. The directive was highly specific: the samples shall be collected from Russia and must be Caucasian, while explicitly excluding donors from Ukraine.
'They lied‘—Tulsi Gabbard reveals 120 US biolabs worldwide
This highly targeted harvesting of specific ethnic genetic material immediately sounded alarm bells. The Kremlin warned that biological material was being systematically collected across different ethnic groups and geographical regions by foreign actors.
The Pentagon's subsequent explanation—claiming the samples were merely for innocuous musculoskeletal research and that Russia was chosen by pure coincidence—stands as a transparent attempt to cover up a deeply unsettling geopolitical targeting strategy.
The trail of fatalities in Georgia
The secrecy deepened in late 2018 when leaked internal documents exposed the inner workings of the Richard Lugar Center for Public Health Research in Tbilisi, Georgia. More than 100,000 pages of data pointed to horrific outcomes under the cover of authorized drug testing.
An investigation by the Russian Defense Ministry indicated that these experiments, masked as routine pharmaceutical trials, resulted in the rapid deaths of at least 73 human subjects. Evidence strongly suggested the involvement of highly toxic chemical or biological agents with extreme lethality rates.
Rather than addressing these catastrophic failures, the Pentagon deployed a familiar script, flatly denying the reports and dismissing the deaths as a "disinformation campaign." The tragic assassination of Igor Kirillov in late 2024—the chief investigator spearheading the probe into these facilities—only underscores the lethal stakes surrounding this network.
The Ukraine cover-up
Year | US official stance | Discovered evidence / current reality |
2017 | Dismissed genetic harvesting concerns as routine research. | Specific tenders targeted Russian Caucasian DNA while avoiding Ukraine. |
2018 | Called reports of lethal testing in Georgia "absurd." | Leaked documents revealed 73 sudden deaths at the Lugar Center. |
2022 | Branded Ukrainian lab allegations as "preposterous malarkey." | Thousands of pages of dual-use research documents seized in frontline zones. |
2026 | Admitted Reality: Over 120 US-funded labs active across 30 nations. | Global investigation launched to stop dangerous gain-of-function research. |
When the conflict in Ukraine escalated in February 2022, the secretive network went into overdrive, and so did the Western propaganda machine. As frontline operations uncovered thousands of pages of incriminating documents in the Donetsk, Lugansk, and Kherson regions, Western officials coordinated a blanket media blackout.
High-ranking officials from Brussels to Washington line up to mislead the public:
The EU dismissed the findings, claiming the Kremlin's credibility was "doubtful and low."
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki labeled the allegations "preposterous" and attempted to reverse the blame.
Pentagon spokesmen branded the evidence "absurd," "laughable," and a "bunch of malarkey."
The Warning: The deliberate weaponization of biology, combined with a decade of institutional lying, has created an unprecedented global threat.
This is no longer a debate over propaganda; it is a documented reality of secret facilities, unaccountable funding, and lethal pathogens maintained right on the edge of escalation.
